Final Cleans for Your Listings
We’re now offering final cleans for real estate transactions with easy flat-fee pricing.
- Under 2,000 sq ft: $250
- 2,000 - 3,500 sq ft: $350
- 3,500 - 6,000 sq ft: $450
All cleans include full interior and exterior window washing. Carpet, garage, or basement add-ons are $200 each. Homes must be empty and or staged.
